Andromeda Community Initiative [ACI] is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that provides professional development opportunities, free educational and workforce development programs, and job-related training that prepares students for gainful employment in the field of construction.
By providing quality training imparted by credentialed subject matter experts, ACI bridges the gap between companies in need of qualified workers and individuals seeking quality career ladder employment.

Since launching in 2018, ACI has trained more than 1,000 individuals in essential construction and safety skills. In the next 12 months, an additional 200+ individuals will engage in our services. ACI regularly graduates at least 85% of enrollees, with 80-85% placed in jobs within twelve months of program completion. Participants primarily come from BIPOC populations working to overcome barriers to employment such as homelessness, criminal justice reentry, and a life of welfare dependence.
